The Victor Precision Sulun Tac-12/Benelli M4 Charging Handle is made from hardened and tempered 4140HT steel. It has a tough PVD coating, a non reflective matte black,  that is suitable for the most extreme conditions. The aggressive serrated pattern is comfortable yet provides a snag free operation (perfect for gloved hands) and all edges are de-burred.
